Currently I’m leading our new Siemens Healthineers Innovation Center Erlangen which I have formed and developed in close alignment with the CTO, Amira Romani, the Business Lines, the Technology Centers, the Regions, and the local Innovation Ecosystem (Medical Valley, FAU, d.hip, etc.). My areas of interest are innovation management, agile strategy development processes, digitalization in healthcare, and the promotion of young talents.
